X-Lab Ltd is working in collaboration with the Yorkshire and Humber Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) to support NHS Trusts model and simulate patient pathways.

Julie Oldroyd, Programme Manager at Yorkshire and Humber AHSN, said: “Using X-Lab’s NETIMIS software, AHSN members will be able to analyse their current patient pathway systems, diagnose problems and test new pathways in a safe environment. It will help NHS organisations to map and evaluate a range of processes enabling direct comparison of current care pathways with new models of care.

“The tool will be available for use within the AHSN’s 2016/17 project areas.”

Steve Box, Business Development Manager at X-Lab said: “The contract with the AHSN to deliver pathway modelling on NETIMIS is most exciting, providing us with a platform to deliver innovation locally and to create a set of case studies that can be used to support adoption across the wider NHS.”
