The X-Lab team have moved to a new office in Joseph's Well in the heart of the healthcare quarter of Leeds. The new office is a short walk from Millennium Square and the Centre of Leeds and is adjacent to Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust, Leeds Children's Hospital, the Nuffield Hospital and within sight of the University's Worsley Building, home to the School of Medicine, the Dental Institute and the new Leeds Institute of Data Analytics. Steve Box, Business Development Manager at X-Lab said the "our new location puts us right in the heart of healthcare in Leeds, we have close links with many of our clients in Leeds and it is great to be this close to them".

The move was a chance for the X-Lab Design Team to try their hand at interior office design. Hanna Ahlberg, one of X-Lab's designers in residence explained "the geometric style was meant to reflect the company’s growth and innovation, the aim was to reflect a modern and hi-tech company that values quality and precision to the highest degree. Light was an important aspect of the design too, with the choice of colours and mixing glass with corporate blues. It's important to give staff at X-Lab a comfortable and pleasant working environment but also provide an experience to guests. We now have an office where everyone can interact with each other and collaborate to introduce innovative ideas."
